This week’s Music Pick of the Week is Gerald Clark’s ‘Elderflowers on my Mind’.
No one sings and feels the blues like Gerald Clark.
This song was released in 2018 but is timeless.
This track is incredibly beautiful and really tugs at the heart strings. If you ever stopped believing in love, Clark will make you a believer.
We love the rawness of the music video; just Clark, his guitar and voice.
Produced by Goosebumps Productions, a very appropriate name for this heartfelt song.
“The song Elderflowers was one of those songs written in just a few minutes. On the back of an old guitar string packet. There was a huge thunderstorm coming in and we were sitting in a cottage out in the woods outside a little town called Trebic in Czech Republic. This song captures the absolute bliss of a lover’s quest in the eye of the storm. That moment when love seems so simple. It was my first song written abroad.” Says Clark
