Meropa to stage two day Jazz Festival – don’t miss out
Hip Hop, Afro Soul and Jazz music fans are in for a superlative treat in December when Meropa will present a two days Festival at its Jembe Tavern. No less than 10 talented Hip Hop, Afro Soul and jazz bands and artists will be taking to the stage on the 9th and 10th of December 2016.
On the bill for the Friday night are Zikode, Guccie Lover, Ma-Ahh, Cookham 32 and the Banger Boys. On Saturday night, Tsepo Tshola, Sechaba Pali, Bonolo, Zandi and Mangaliso will do the honours of entertaining the crowd.
“We are excited to welcome these talented performers to our stage in December. Two nights of spectacular, soothing jazz is just the way to kick off the summer holidays,” says PR & Promotions Manager Raksha Gunpath.
Tickets to the Jazz Festival are available at Computicket or the Meropa Cash Desk and cost R100 per person for the Friday night event and R160 per person for the Saturday. VIP tickets for the Saturday evening cost R200 per person. Doors to Jembe Tavern will be open from 18h00.
